Diagnosis
How effective and transparent do you know your management systems to be? What is the culture of your organisation and does your perception match that of your staff and customers? How efficient is your teamwork; your internal communications; your customer interface? How efficient is your use of resources and your elimination of waste? What is your sense of continuous improvement? How do you benchmark?
